Use of ATM

ATM is provided as local-first productivity software for project and task management. You are responsible for your use of the software and any third-party model providers, APIs, or shared report links you configure.

Acceptable use

Do not use ATM to violate laws, infringe rights, compromise systems, distribute malware, or publish private information without permission.

Third-party services

BYOK model providers, GitHub Releases, Cloudflare, Sentry, and any other connected services are governed by their own terms. ATM is not responsible for third-party service availability or charges.

No warranty

ATM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATM disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business interruption.
